In such a situation, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer's side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.
