If any items from the delivered order are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to request a replacement. For replacement The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to qualify for a replacement. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. Process for Replacement: We will arrange for pick-up. If reverse pickup is not possible in your area, please send the product yourself. When the bill is shared with us, we will reimburse for the shipping costs. In such a situation, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer's side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.
