Terms & condition

  1. Baby and mom essentials are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Items such as diapers, baby wipes, feeding bottles, breast pumps or any other similar products are categorized as baby and mom essentials.
  2. Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM, subject to the availability of products.
  3. Same day delivery service is applicable only in cities where a Cloudnine centre is located.
  4. Any issues or concerns regarding the received products must be raised within 8 hours of delivery.
  5. Gears, including items such as strollers and car seats are only eligible for replacement and not refund in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
  6. Any cancellations after order approval will not be entertained.
