TERMS OF SERVICES:

1. Service Warranty does not cover damages caused due to improper installation, repair, unauthorized modification, physical damage and water log damages or connection of the product to equipment not approved by the Company.

2. If the product is not used as per its usage specifications Service warranty will be void.

3. Damage caused due to lightning, electricity surges / abnormal voltage, damage during transit while in the custody of the Customer.

4. Physical damage caused by the customer (including improper use or handling) or If any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the product Service warranty will be void.

5. The company's obligation under this Service warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.

6. No Dealer/Distributor/Retailer has the authority to vary the terms of above Service Warranty.
