To place a request for return, please send an email within 15 days from the date of purchase and we would have the items collected from you. Please place the garments in their original cloth drawstring pouch and hand it over to the pickup courier executive. No returns or refunds would be possible on items bought in the following scenarios: those through Cash on Delivery. No returns or refunds would be possible on undergarments and innerwear due to hygiene reasons.
